Hitachi Energy India Limited — Updates, 14-05-2025: Press Release

Hitachi Energy India reported Q4 revenue of Rs 1,922 Cr, up 13% YoY, with PAT jumping 62% to Rs 184 Cr, driven by strong order execution and operational efficiency. Full-year orders soared 228% to Rs 18,174 Cr, supported by a significant HVDC contract, while revenue grew 23% to Rs 6,442 Cr and PAT more than doubled to Rs 384 Cr. The board has announced a meeting to approve annual results and a final dividend of Rs 6 per share (300%). A QIP of Rs 2,520 Cr was raised for capacity expansion.
