Akzo Nobel India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 14-05-2025: Record Date

Akzo Nobel India has announced a board meeting on 4th August 2025 for its 71st AGM. The Record Date is set for 25th July 2025 to identify shareholders eligible for a proposed final dividend of ₹30 per share for FY 2024-25. Including the interim dividend of ₹70, total dividend sums to ₹100 per share, payable around 28th August 2025 after shareholder approval. The Register of Members will be closed from 26th July to 4th August 2025.
