Maruti Infrastructure Ltd — Results, 14-05-2025: Result

Maruti Infrastructure Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported total income of Rs 22.77 Cr for the quarter, with a profit after tax of Rs 1.80 Cr, compared to a loss in the same quarter last year. For the full year, income rose to Rs 51.02 Cr with a profit after tax of Rs 1.93 Cr. Cash flow from operations stood positive at Rs 3.01 Cr. The board appointed VMB and Associates LLP as the new internal auditor for FY 2025-26. The statutory auditor has given an unmodified audit opinion on the results.
