Nelcast has announced a board meeting on which it approved its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted consolidated revenue of Rs.1,251.68 Cr and net profit of Rs.372.92 Cr for the year. The board has proposed a 25% dividend (Rs.0.50 per share) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. Long-term borrowings stand at Rs.68.03 Cr, with an A (Stable) credit rating from ICRA. The 43rd AGM will be held via video conferencing on August 1, 2025.
