Allcargo Logistics has announced a board meeting to approve key leadership changes. CFO Deepal Shah is resigning to pursue other opportunities. Ravi Jakhar, currently Chief Strategy Officer, will become CFO and Director Strategy & Group CFO. Jakhar’s nearly 20 years of experience in strategy, finance, and M&A, including leading major initiatives and international operations, will help align finance and strategy functions to drive growth.
