Brigade Enterprises has announced a board meeting on record real estate sales of ₹7,847 Cr in FY25, up 31% YoY. PAT jumped 69% to ₹680 Cr, driven by 24% growth in leasing revenue to ₹1,165 Cr and 4% rise in retail consumption. Operating cash flow surged 36% to ₹2,135 Cr. Consolidated revenue increased 5% to ₹5,314 Cr with EBITDA margins improving to 31%. The company delivered 100 mn sft and has a strong 41 mn sft project pipeline, focusing on South India expansion.
