Maruti Infrastructure Ltd — Updates, 14-05-2025: Company Update

Maruti Infrastructure Limited has announced a board meeting on 14th May 2025 during which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 22.54 Cr for the quarter and Rs 50.73 Cr for the year, with a profit after tax of Rs 1.80 Cr and Rs 1.93 Cr, respectively. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the results. The board appointed VMB and Associates LLP as the internal auditor for FY 2025-26. The company completed a bonus share issue last year and has exited its sole subsidiary, Karnish Infrastructure Private Limited.
