Aris International Limited has announced a shift of its registered office within Mumbai from INS Tower, Bandra Kurla Complex to WeWork Enam Sambhav, Bandra Kurla Complex. Additionally, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Pravin Chandraprakash Chauhan, and Managing Director, Mr. Nitin Kumar Bhalotia, have resigned. Mr. Bhalotia will also cease to be a member of the company’s Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees.
