Voltas has announced a board meeting on May 22, 2025, to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.
Voltas reported a strong FY25 with consolidated revenue up 24% to INR15,737 Cr and net profit surging 237% to INR834 Cr, its highest ever. Q4 revenue grew 14% to INR4,847 Cr, net profit doubled to INR236 Cr. The Unitary Cooling Products segment led growth with 30% revenue and 29% EBITDA gains, driven by solid AC demand and expanded Chennai capacity. Projects turned profitable with a robust INR6,500 Cr order book. Voltas Beko saw 57% volume growth, gaining share in appliances. Management is cautiously optimistic on industry growth amid extended summer but notes risks from global and seasonal factors, maintaining confidence in sustainable expansion.
