Dam Capital Advisors Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

DAM Capital Advisors has announced a board meeting on key updates. The board approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. A final dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share (face value Rs. 2/-) is proposed for FY25, pending shareholder approval. KKC & Associates LLP will continue as statutory auditors for another five-year term, with PwC appointed internal auditors for FY26 and Aashish K. Bhatt & Associates as secretarial auditors for five years. The corporate office has moved to Altimus, Worli, Mumbai.
