Premier Energies Limited has announced a Monitoring Agency Report by CRISIL Ratings on the use of its IPO proceeds. The company shifted its 4 GW Solar PV TOPCon Cell project from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh after shareholder approval. Out of Rs 1,238.89 Cr raised, Rs 5.03 Cr has been utilized, mainly for the solar manufacturing facility and corporate purposes, with the remainder kept in fixed deposits earning 3-8%. The project completion is now expected by fiscal 2027 due to the location change. No significant issues or negative impacts were reported.
