Piramal Pharma Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Piramal Pharma has announced a board meeting on May 14, 2025, approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue jumped to Rs. 9,151 Cr from Rs. 8,171 Cr YoY, while net profit surged to Rs. 91 Cr from Rs. 18 Cr. The Board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.14 per share, subject to shareholder nod. On the leadership front, Neeraj Bharadwaj resigned, Amit Jain (Carlyle rep) joined as Additional Director, and Independent Director Jairaj Purandare is up for re-appointment for another five years starting February 2026.
