Shree Renuka Sugars has announced a board meeting on its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Despite a 17% drop in cane crushed, ethanol production rose 2% and sales jumped 13%. EBITDA improved to Rs. 767.5 Cr, while the annual PAT loss narrowed 52% to Rs. 299.9 Cr. The quarter saw a PAT of Rs. 93.1 Cr turning profitable against last year’s loss. Finance costs fell 11.7% to Rs. 811 Cr. The group’s net worth stays negative at Rs. 1,675.1 Cr, with liabilities exceeding assets by Rs. 2,899.3 Cr, but support from holding company Wilmar Sugar and Energy Ltd. remains intact.
