Tilaknagar Industries has announced a board meeting on dividend and the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 volume rose 20.1% YoY led by Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu; revenue grew 13.1% to Rs. 406 Cr. EBITDA jumped 62.6% to Rs. 78 Cr with a 16.6% margin. PAT (ex-exceptionals) nearly doubled to Rs. 77 Cr. FY25 volumes increased 6.7%, revenue reached Rs. 1,434 Cr (+2.9%), EBITDA at Rs. 255 Cr (+37.4%), and PAT surged 62.9% to Rs. 230 Cr. Net cash stands at Rs. 107 Cr. Dividend of Rs. 1/share proposed. Monarch Legacy Edition Brandy won a Bronze at London Spirits Competition.
