ADF Foods Limited has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.60 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Along with the earlier interim dividend of Rs. 0.60 per share, total dividend for FY25 stands at Rs. 1.20 per share, rewarding shareholders with a 60% payout for the year. Payment will be made to shareholders on record by the cut-off date, within 30 days of declaration.
