BASF India Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

BASF India approved consolidated financial results showing total income of Rs 15,262 Cr and PBT of Rs 646 Cr, with net profit at Rs 499 Cr for FY25. The board declared a final dividend of 200%. BASF Agricultural Solutions India Ltd is now a wholly owned subsidiary after acquisition from BASF SE. A demerger plan is set to spin off the Agricultural Solutions business into this subsidiary, pending approvals. The year also included exceptional gains from non-core asset sales.
