Mahindra & Mahindra has announced a board meeting on its continued investment in Classic Legends Private Limited (CLPL), owner of iconic motorcycle brands Jawa, Yezdi, and BSA. Mahindra is leading an Rs. 875 Cr fundraise by committing Rs. 525 Cr and holds a 60% stake. This capital boost aims to scale CLPL’s premium two-wheeler business, leveraging Mahindra’s resources to drive growth in the fast-expanding motorcycle segment, strengthen the product lineup, and increase market presence.
