Centum Electronics has announced a report from Crisil Ratings on its use of Rs 210 crore raised via QIP. Of the Rs 199.95 crore net proceeds, Rs 110.23 crore went to partially repay outstanding debt, while no funds have yet been spent on capital expenditure or general corporate purposes, causing delays. Around Rs 89.7 crore remains parked in fixed deposits and bank accounts earning modest returns. The company plans to deploy these funds in the coming quarters, reflecting a cautious approach to fund utilization.
