SG Finserve has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported a strong Q4 with AUM growing 48% QoQ to INR2,326 Cr and full-year profit after tax rising to INR81 Cr despite H1 headwinds. Loan book disbursements reached INR5,000 Cr in Q4, with diversified anchor partnerships now over 45 groups including Tata and JSW. The leadership aims to double the loan book to INR4,000 Cr next year and INR6,000 Cr by FY27, targeting ROE of 18-20% and ROA of 4.5-5%. Cost-to-income ratio remains competitive in early double digits, with average customer sanction around INR3.5-4 Cr and churn at 5-10%. A retail financing segment has been initiated with INR150-200 Cr under MOU and technology-driven risk monitoring is enhancing portfolio quality. The company maintains a debt-equity ratio near 3, with funding from 14 banks and no reported NPAs, while focusing on prudent growth and strong margin stability at ~4% spread.
