Dollar Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Dollar Industries has announced a board meeting in which it approved the Directors' Report and Notice for its 32nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 2025. The board appointed Mr. Santosh Kumar Tibrewalla as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Shalini Jain was appointed as an Independent Director for five years from May 2025, bringing 11+ years of audit and financial advisory experience to strengthen governance.
