Alldigi Tech Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Alldigi Tech has announced a board meeting approving consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ending March 31, 2025. Revenue climbed to ₹546.31 Cr from ₹469.37 Cr, with profit before tax rising to ₹110 Cr from ₹85.1 Cr. Net profit improved to ₹83.3 Cr against ₹64 Cr last year. The company booked exceptional gains of ₹16.89 Cr from selling its Labour Law Compliance division. A final dividend of ₹15 per share was declared, adding to a ₹30 interim dividend already paid. Board changes include two resignations and three new appointments. Ms. Shivani Sharma is the new Company Secretary, with SPNP & Associates as secretarial auditors.
