Arunis Abode Limited has announced a board meeting on 14th May 2025 approving the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the year ended 31st March 2025, reflecting operational and financial performance with unqualified audit opinions. Key management changes include the resignation of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer Mrs. Garima Mandhania, Independent Directors Ms. Leena Manish Desai and Ms. Megha Khanna, Non-Executive Director Mr. Deniis Desai, and CFO Ms. Heena Banwari Lal Gupta.
