Gross NPA improved significantly to 4.88% from 10.17%, with a provision coverage ratio of 60%. No dividend was declared. Mrs. Daisy K. J., a banking veteran with 30+ years’ experience, will join as Chief Compliance Officer from June 9, 2025. A pay revision for Whole-Time Director Ms. Tina Suzanne George was also approved, pending shareholder approval.
