1. Financial Highlights:

BLS E-Services reported total income of Rs. 545 Cr in FY25, up 76% YoY, led by consolidation of Aadifidelis Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (ASPL). EBITDA grew 72.5% to Rs. 86.1 Cr with a 15.8% margin, while PAT rose 75.4% to Rs. 58.8 Cr, reflecting a 10.8% margin. Q4 saw total income of Rs. 245.2 Cr (211.5% YoY growth), EBITDA of Rs. 25.4 Cr (+59%), and PAT of Rs. 17.3 Cr (+58.7%). Margins dipped slightly in Q4 due to ASPL consolidation. Gross Transaction Value crossed Rs. 87,000 Cr, supported by 14+ crore transactions and 44,800+ CSPs over 1.42 lakh+ touchpoints including ASPL.

2. Strategic Initiatives & Growth Drivers:

BLSe focuses on volume-led growth across Business Correspondent, E-Governance, and Assisted E-Services. It is actively pursuing government tenders and partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and insurers, expanding its digital and physical service offerings. Significant capex on tech and manpower aims to boost last-mile digital reach and customer experience. Expansion continues via BCs, BLS Stores, and digital kiosks nationwide.

3. Business Developments:

BLSe acquired a 57% stake in Aadifidelis Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for Rs. 190 Cr, adding scale and revenue. Strategic partnerships signed with banks and insurers including Canara Bank, SBI, Central Bank of India, and Bajaj Finserv. ASPL contributed to over Rs. 6,700 Cr loan disbursal in four months post-acquisition.
