LT Foods has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue for FY'25 grew 12% YoY to Rs. 8,770 Cr, surpassing the USD 1 billion mark. Growth was driven by a 10% increase in Basmati and specialty rice, 29% rise in organic food and ingredients, and 21% jump in Ready-to-Heat/Ready-to-Cook products. Gross margin improved 200 bps to 34.5%, EBITDA rose 8% to Rs. 1,067 Cr, and PAT increased 2% to Rs. 612 Cr. The company is expanding globally with a focus on digital and brand innovation.
