Tube Investments has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Standalone revenue stood at ₹1,957 Cr (Q4) and ₹7,893 Cr (FY25), with PBT before exceptional items at ₹896 Cr (Q4) and ₹1,544 Cr (FY). A ₹569 Cr fair value gain from TI Clean Mobility's CCPS boosted returns, with ROIC at 44%. The board approved a final dividend of ₹1.50/share, totaling ₹3.50/share for the year, and sanctioned ₹300 Cr long-term borrowing for FY26. Consolidated revenue reached ₹5,150 Cr (Q4) and ₹19,465 Cr (FY), driven by CG Power’s improved profitability. Acquisitions in aluminum tubing and railway signaling expand the business, while Mobility turned profitable.
