Vinati Organics Limited — Important, 15-05-2025: Updates

Vinati Organics has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. For the year, consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 2248.17 Cr from Rs. 1899.96 Cr, with net profit surging to Rs. 1405.25 Cr from Rs. 322.98 Cr. Standalone revenue also increased to Rs. 2248.10 Cr, while standalone net profit went up to Rs. 415.23 Cr. EPS stood at 39.09 (consolidated) and 40.05 (standalone). A final dividend of Rs. 7.50/share (750%) has been proposed. Veeral Organics Pvt. Ltd. was designated as material subsidiary.
