Welspun Enterprises Limited — Board Meeting, 15-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Welspun Enterprises has announced a board meeting on the approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 3,584 Cr in FY25 from Rs. 2,874 Cr, led by strong growth in transport, water, and tunneling. Profit before tax hit Rs. 520 Cr, with net profit at Rs. 354 Cr, up from Rs. 319 Cr last year. The company declared a final dividend of Rs. 3 per share, subject to approval, and increased its stake in Welspun Michigan Engineers to 60.09%. Operational cash flow remains robust despite higher borrowings.
