Tube Investments of India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 15-05-2025: Record Date

Tube Investments of India has announced a board meeting on 1st August 2025. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share for FY 2024-25, adding to the Rs. 2 interim dividend paid earlier, totaling Rs. 3.50 per share for the year. The final dividend record date is 25th July 2025, subject to AGM approval. FY25 standalone highlights include revenue of Rs. 7,893 Cr and PBT before exceptional items of Rs. 1,544 Cr.
