Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries posted FY25 total income of ₹790 Cr and net profit of ₹15.64 Cr, with EBITDA up 10.8% YoY to ₹63 Cr. Exports jumped 27% to ₹306 Cr, making up 39% of revenue. Production of galvanized steel and colour-coated coils rose 20%+. Debt-equity improved to 1.81. The company raised ₹160 Cr via warrants and equity to strengthen its balance sheet. Growth is supported by upgrading to AluZinc tech for better margins, adding a second colour-coating line, and setting up a captive solar plant to reduce power costs and enhance sustainability.
