Tube Investments of India Limited — Board Meeting, 15-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting
Tube Investments of India has announced a board meeting outcome approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue jumped 15% to Rs. 19,465 Cr with PBT at Rs. 1,665 Cr. Standalone Q4 revenue held steady at Rs. 1,957 Cr, full-year Rs. 7,893 Cr, with PBT before exceptional items at Rs. 327 Cr for Q4 and Rs. 975 Cr for FY25. Mobility segment returned to profit with a full-year EBIT of Rs. 5 Cr. CG Power (58% owned) saw 23% revenue growth to Rs. 9,909 Cr, with PBT up 16%. Shanthi Gears also posted strong gains. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.50/share, totaling Rs. 3.50/share for FY25. The company acquired a 67% stake in KCAL Tech to expand in aluminium tubes for HVAC auto. New director Shelina Pranav Parikh joined, strengthening governance. Free cash flow was a healthy Rs. 397 Cr, supporting growth focus on electric mobility and industrial segments.
