Vinati Organics Limited — Board Meeting, 15-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Vinati Organics has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue jumped to Rs. 2,248 Cr from Rs. 1,900 Cr, while profit before tax rose to Rs. 536 Cr versus Rs. 432 Cr last year. EPS came in at Rs. 39.09. The board approved a final dividend of Rs. 7.50 per share (750%) for FY25, pending shareholder approval. VKM & Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditors for five years starting FY26. Veeral Organics Pvt Ltd is now a material subsidiary.
