Vinati Organics Limited — Board Meeting, 15-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Vinati Organics has announced a board meeting on the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue surged to Rs 2,248.17 Cr from Rs 1,899.96 Cr last year. Profit before tax jumped to Rs 536.18 Cr, up from Rs 431.97 Cr, while net profit rose to Rs 405.25 Cr against Rs 322.98 Cr earlier. The board declared a final dividend of Rs 7.50 per share for FY25, pending shareholder approval. Veeral Organics is now a material subsidiary, and VKM & Associates has been appointed secretarial auditors for five years.
