The company reported consolidated revenue of ₹241.82 Cr for the year, up from ₹172.02 Cr, with profit after tax rising to ₹24.86 Cr from ₹16.13 Cr. Infra segment led growth with ₹137.67 Cr revenue. Despite higher depreciation from new assets, robust operating cash flow remains a highlight. Ms. Nitika Mahajan was re-appointed as internal auditor for FY26. The results reflect steady growth and margin gains, underpinning the company’s expansion plans.
