Dollar Industries has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. A final dividend of 150% (₹3 per share) is proposed, subject to shareholder approval. Shalini Jain joins as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, and Gopalakrishnan Sarankapani is re-appointed as Whole-time Director for five years, both pending shareholder approval.
