ITC Hotels Limited — Important, 15-05-2025: Capacity addition

ITC Hotels has announced a capex of ~328 Cr to build a ~200-key hotel in Visakhapatnam, where it currently manages two hotels with ~172 keys but owns no property. This move supports its expansion strategy by boosting its owned portfolio and market presence. The project is expected to be completed by 2029 and will be funded through internal accruals.
