Prism Johnson Limited — Important, 15-05-2025: General Updates

Prism Johnson has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 revenue declined 4.8% YoY to ₹6,830 Cr, impacted by cement (-8.9%) and ready-mix concrete (-3.8%) segments, while tiles & bath fittings edged up 0.3%. EBITDA dropped 12.7% YoY to ₹456 Cr, with margins easing 60bps to 6.7%. Cement volumes and realizations weakened, but premium cement’s share rose to 42%. HRJ initiated a regional multimedia campaign to strengthen branding. Strong free cash flow of ₹529 Cr helped reduce net debt to ₹636 Cr.
