South Indian Bank has announced a board meeting on May 15, 2025, approving its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The bank posted a consolidated net profit of ₹130.31 Cr for FY25, up from ₹107.02 Cr the previous year. Total income grew to ₹1,122.63 Cr, with operating profit at ₹227.03 Cr. Advances reached ₹8,568.21 Cr and deposits stood at ₹10,752.22 Cr. Capital strength remains solid with a CET-1 ratio of 19.91%. The board proposed a 40% dividend, up from 30% last year, subject to shareholder nod.
