Arvind has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue rose 7% YoY to ₹2,221 Cr, with EBITDA up 10% at ₹275 Cr and margin at 12.4%, the highest in 16 quarters. Denim volumes grew 14% to 14.6 Mn meters; garmenting reached 9.5 Mn pieces. AMD revenue increased 17% to ₹451 Cr. Despite FY25 VAT and strike-related delays, the core business achieved 10% revenue and 12% EBITDA growth. A new 25-year renewable power PPA aims to add 30-40 bps to EBITDA margin by FY27.
