Arvind Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 15-05-2025: Dividend

Arvind Limited has announced a final dividend of Rs. 3.75 per share (face value Rs. 10), pending shareholder approval at the AGM. Once approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days, directly rewarding shareholders. The company also plans to appoint M/s. Hitesh Buch & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to the same approval.
