Arvind Limited — Board Meeting, 15-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Arvind Limited has announced a board meeting that approved its audited consolidated financial results for FY 2024-25 with a clean audit opinion. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 3.75 per share, subject to shareholder approval. It also appointed M/s. Hitesh Buch & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for the next five years, bringing over 40 years of expertise in corporate governance and advisory.
