DCM Shriram Limited — Important, 15-05-2025: Updates

DCM Shriram has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted steady revenue growth with total income at Rs. 12,584 Cr standalone and Rs. 12,883 Cr consolidated. PAT rose to Rs. 566.5 Cr from Rs. 426.3 Cr, driven by strong Chemicals & Vinyl and Sugar & Ethanol segments. Operationally, it commissioned a 12 TPD compressed biogas plant and expanded caustic soda flaker capacity to 900 TPD. The company agreed to acquire 53% of DNV Global Pvt Ltd as a new subsidiary. Dividends of Rs. 9/share were proposed.
