Wonderla Holidays reported FY25 revenue of INR482.78 Cr, down 5% YoY, with Q4 at INR107.5 Cr (-3% YoY). EBITDA margin was strong at 36% for FY25 and 28% in Q4; PAT margin stood at 23% and 10%, respectively. Annual footfalls hit ~30 lakh, boosted by record revenue at Hyderabad and growth at Bhubaneshwar. Online bookings rose to 57% in Q4, aiding digital push. The company launched India’s largest curved LED ride and plans a Chennai park by Q3 FY26 plus a 39-key premium resort in Q1 FY26. Management anticipates 5-10% footfall and 3-5% ARPU growth in FY26, with profitable scaling of new parks balancing mature park performance. Marketing spend increased to INR40 Cr in FY25, set to rise further for Chennai. No immediate equity raise; internal funds and moderate debt to support expansions. Dynamic pricing automation expected within 1-2 years to boost yield without hurting demand. Confident in long-term growth from innovation and regional expansion.
