Rushil Decor has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 revenue rose 6.4% to Rs 897.9 Cr, with PAT up 11.1% to Rs 47.9 Cr. MDF export volumes jumped 32.4% YoY, lifting MDF division revenue by 5.2%. Laminates division held steady at Rs 198.9 Cr, with commercial production starting at the new Gandhinagar Jumbo Laminates plant and initial export orders received. Improved capacity utilization and a solid net debt-to-equity of 0.41x underpin a FY26 revenue target of Rs 1,100 Cr driven by capacity expansion and export growth.
