Global Health Limited — Important, 15-05-2025: Committee Meeting Updates

Global Health Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the allotment of 73,000 equity shares to its Employee Welfare Trust under the Employees Stock Purchase Scheme, 2024, part of its Long Term Incentive Plan. The shares were issued at Rs. 1244 each, raising the paid-up share capital to Rs. 53.73 Cr. These shares will be transferred to employees after a phased lock-in ending by May 2030. Additionally, 10,000 stock options were granted to one employee under the Employee Stock Option Scheme to reward and retain talent, exercisable within three years of vesting.
