Medi Assist Healthcare Services Limited — Board Meeting, 15-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Medi Assist has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 723.32 Cr from Rs 634.73 Cr YoY, with PBT at Rs 111.79 Cr and PAT at Rs 91.60 Cr. The board approved re-appointment of Chairman Dr. Vikram Chhatwal and CEO Satish Gidugu for five more years, pending shareholder approval. Ms. Simmi Singh Bisht resigned as Company Secretary; Ms. Rashmi B V is the interim appointee. Fundraising plans up to Rs 35 Cr via equity/debt were approved, alongside new auditors for five years. Paramount Healthcare acquisition is nearing completion.
