Garware Technical Fibres Limited — Board Meeting, 15-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Garware Technical Fibres has announced a board meeting outcome approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue hit Rs 1,540.11 Cr, with profit before tax rising to Rs 308.46 Cr from Rs 271.71 Cr year-on-year. Profit after tax increased to Rs 231.55 Cr. The board proposed a 15% dividend (Rs 1.50/share). They appointed SVD & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and formed a Banking and Operation Committee with three members, including the Chairman, to streamline operations.
