OSEL DEVICES has announced a board meeting on May 15, approving the issue of up to 18 lakh convertible warrants to promoter Jyotsna Jawahar at Rs. 268 each. Buyers will pay 25% upfront with the balance due on conversion within 18 months. The company has scheduled an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on June 14 via video conferencing to get shareholder approval for the warrant issuance, with e-voting open from June 11 to 13.
