1. Financial Highlights:

Standalone revenue rose 10% YoY to Rs. 7,028 Cr in FY25, driven mainly by an 11% gain in the Electrical Consumer Durables segment. Q4 revenue grew 5% YoY to Rs. 1,879 Cr amid soft demand. EBIT increased 18% YoY to Rs. 735 Cr for FY25, with margins expanding to 10.5% supported by lower input costs and higher advertising spends. Crompton’s “Platform-First” innovation centers on indigenous BLDC and induction fan platforms that boost energy efficiency, durability, and scalability.
