Page Industries has announced a board meeting and approved changes to its Independent Directors. Mr. Sandeep Maini and Mr. Vikram Shah are stepping down after completing their second terms. Mr. Suresh Eshwara Prabhala, a private equity expert managing over US$1.25 billion with 27 years of experience, and Mr. Dinesh Ramkrishin Malkani, CEO of AI-driven workplace platform Smarten Spaces with more than 26 years in global tech leadership, have been appointed as Independent Directors for five years. Their appointments will be proposed at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
